Biden talked to the crowd of approximately 1,500 or 2,500 people this Tuesday at the McAuliffe Rally. In Arlington.
After his speech, Biden got down the stairs, right in front of the stage, and talked to the crowd. He wasn’t wearing a mask and was leaned over to speak with one woman. As the president pulled back, spit flew from his mouth as he said something in reply to her.
