In this modern world, we have gained a lot of gadgets and finance, expensive things and fast lives full of adventures – but we’ve lost the main thing – touch with ourselves. We have been distracted from our closest families, we barely have friends in life – they only exist in our phones and social media networks, our love life is reduced down to a couple of fancy images and gifts… And how can we nurture compassion and embrace mutual co-existence in that way?
