According to reports, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office will not be filing any criminal charges against former Governor Andrew Cuomo over the allegations that surfaced over the summer regarding alleged sexual misconduct while in office.
This is a totally contrary development of events on the sole fact that the DA’s office found “credible evidence” that said acts were committed by the disgraced New York governor.
Westchester County DA Miriam Rocah on December 28th announced that no criminal charges are going to be filed against Cuomo regarding two women whom Cuomo allegedly assaulted, citing “statutory requirements” as to why charges cannot be filed.
“Our investigation found credible evidence to conclude that the alleged conduct in both instances described above did occur,” Rocah said. “However, in both instances, my Office has determined that, although the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning, we cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of the criminal laws of New York.”

As for the second matter investigated, another woman alleged that “Cuomo grabbed her arm, pulled her toward him and kissed her on the cheek without seeking permission” while Cuomo was greeting the woman “at an event at White Plains High School.”
What do you have to say about this turnout of events?!
Rather unusual! Seems like a “Merry Christmas” for Cuomo, what do you think?
