Since Joe Biden was inaugurated as President of the United States, I believe we can all accept that the world has become a more dangerous environment. However, we must now inquire as to why. Just take a look at it. Chinese forces launched their largest-ever incursion into Taiwanese airspace on Friday, as fears of a Chinese invasion of the Democratic island republic intensify by the day. Meanwhile, in the Middle East, Iran’s rebel militias are on the march, targeting Saudi oil fields and stockpiling weapons, making Israeli planners increasingly concerned about a potentially catastrophic war occurring sooner rather than later.
Officials in Australia are now concerned that, with the United States appearing to be retreating under Joe Biden, they will need to significantly increase security preparations to address threats from the north, namely China. So, why are things heating up so quickly? Isn’t the United States still large and ugly enough to deter someone planning anything genuinely dangerous? Not so quick, since the US military has been invaded by armies of PC wokesters, human resources PowerPoint jockeys, and identity politics activists, as I am sorry to say. Instead of fighting foreign rivals, the US military is now being used to hunt down domestic opponents, such as those to the right of the president.
It began with the National Guard’s militarization of the United States Capitol in response to the now widely debunked threat of more alt-right ‘insurgency’ following Joe Biden’s inauguration. It progressed to National Guard troops marching down the halls of Congress to condemn a Republican congresswoman after she made remarks with which they disagreed. The Pentagon then ordered a one-day stand-down of military forces around the world to deal with the alleged problem of violence in the ranks, and those who took part in the training claim that while the sessions were ostensibly aimed at combating the alt-right, anyone who mentioned antifa or Black Lives Matter and brought up the issue was subjected to retaliation.
Instead, according to many participants, the sessions were just about ferreting out everyone who was guilty of incorrect thinking on the right. It also urged servicemen and women to report one another to higher-ups if they heard them saying or sharing inappropriate words, thoughts, or opinions. How long until the US military follows in the footsteps of the old Soviet Union, where political officers were always on hand to verify everyone’s thought and overrule ground commanders?
However, the Pentagon is not only targeting members of its own ranks; it is also targeting private citizens. The Pentagon and several of its top generals conducted a full court press on social media to condemn Tucker Carlson, a private citizen, after he blasted America’s newly feminized woke military. And while we’re on the subject of generals, take a peek at the current chief of diversity and inclusion for the US Special Operations Command. Richard Torres Estrada, the diversity and inclusion director for Special Ops, is Richard Torres Estrada. When was the last time we heard that name? Oh, sure. On Twitter, the same Richard Torres Estrada compares Trump to Adolf Hitler.
To be honest, if America under Biden continues to become more like China, China will need to beat America on the battlefield. And therein lies the risk. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know what I’m talking about. My slogan is, “Get woke, Get Broke.” The US military is becoming increasingly woke, succumbing to PC fads, identity politics, and agendas that come straight from the hard left. That means America’s foes, from Beijing to Tehran, aren’t just giggling; they’re plotting. These are dangerous times, and they’re about to get a lot more dangerous thanks to Joe Biden.
