WATCH: Committee Voted 9-0 To Refer Steve Bannon To DOJ Ro Face Criminal Contempt Charges!
In his show from last week, Ex-Trump Chief Strategist Steve Bannon said that he wouldn’t testify before the January 6 Committee.
He asked his supporters not to pay attention to the subpoenas to appear before the Democrats and Cheney’s struggle session.

The Congressional Committee voted to refer Bannon to the DOJ to face criminal charges.
After that, the matter will go to the House of Representatives for a full vote.
If they approve, the referral then will move on to the US Attorney in DC< ultimately deciding whether to charge Bannon or not!
