Vice President Kamala Harris, who has been tasked with “fixing” the migrant crisis, has no plans to visit the US-Mexico border, but former President Donald Trump can do so “soon,” according to a Trump aide.

President Biden named Harris to lead talks with Latin American countries about the crisis earlier this week, and she is now focusing on diplomatic efforts to stem the flow of Central American immigrants seeking asylum in the United States.

“The vice president will not be concerned with the border,” spokeswoman Symone Sanders told reporters on Friday.

“You should expect her to talk with regional leaders in the near future,” Sanders said.

Imagine if a crisis like this occurred at the border when Trump was president, and Pence announced publicly that he would not go?

He would have been yanked out of the White House by the scruff of his neck by the left!

But for some strange reason, Kamala is completely fine with ignoring her responsibilities.
