UPDATE On Church Shooting In Southern California! 4 Wounded, One Killed! Police: 1 Detained, Weapon Recovered!

One church located in Southern California was a target of a mass shooting this Sunday afternoon. Reports claimed that there were 4 wounded, one person killed, and a suspect was in custody. Photos show emergency response vehicles on the crime scene, and police give a block location. The shooting happened at the Geneva Presbyterian Church in Laguna Woods.
Furthermore, the shooting happened during the Irvine Taiwanese Presbyterian Church meeting that shares space with the Geneva church. According to the reports, the suspect is a 68-year-old Asian man.

O.C. Sheriff confirmed church the church location and said that four are critically wounded and one dead.
“Dispatch received call of a shooting inside Geneva Presbyterian Church at 1:26pm. Four victims have been critically wounded, one with minor injuries. All victims are adults and are enroute to the hospital. One victim is deceased at the scene…The suspect was detained at the scene. More to follow. LA Times reported:
“A law enforcement source said officials believe the suspect was a 68-year-old Asian man who is originally from Las Vegas. The source said after the suspect opened fire he was “subdued” by parishioners. No other details were available.”
