The latest reports share that former Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano appointed a new judge in the Dems’ last attempt to prevent the Senate’s audit of 2020 results from occurring. The new judge set a new hearing for tomorrow.

Janet Napolitano was the former Governor and Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security. She appointed the new judge in the Dems Maricopa County case where the Dems tried to stop the audit.
Brahm Resnik, a reporter, in Arizona stated that people think that the judge change may provide Cyber Ninjas time to do their job, but the Dems told him they want an immediate hearing.
UPSHOT Judge's recusal & new timeline would appear to allow Senate GOP & Cyber Ninjas to run out clock till they have to vacate Coliseum on May 14.

As the attorneys in the case stated, the new judge set a hearing for Tuesday.
