Two Brothers And A Friend Beat Stepfather To Death For Sexual Assault On Their Sister (9)!

He had active warrants for his arrest under charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child and assault family violence.

Two brothers at 18 and their friend got accused of fatally beating the brothers; stepfather at the age of 42 because he sexually assaulted his nine-year-old sister.

Pharr Police arrested the three boys, Alejandro Trevino, Christian Trevino, and Juan Eduardo Melendez, for their involvement in the alleged murder of 42-year-old Gabriel Quintanilla.

Authorities found the body on a field on January 20.

Authorities stated that Quintanilla suffered a blunt force trauma to the head, which investigators purport was the result of many physical confrontations involving the decedent and the suspects.

One press release from the Pharr Police Department emphasized that the Trevino brothers had learned that their sister (9) had been sexually assaulted by Quintanilla, and “they became enraged and confronted Gabriel Quintanilla at the residence.”

Alejandro and Christian Trevino fought with Quintanilla, and he couldn’t escape! Police stated that the brothers met up with Melendez, who drove them to the apartment where they located Quintanilla and again attacked them.

The trio left the area in a Dodge Charger and returned the truck, where they launched a third attack and put them in the back of the truck. According to the investigators, Quintanilla was still alive when put in the truck.

Before his death, there was an active warrant for his arrest due to family violence.

The three teenagers face serious charges, which bail has been set for $1 million per person.

Melendez got charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, murder, marijuana possession.
Christian Trevino was charged with aggravated assault, murder, and engaging in criminal activity. And Alejandro was engaging in organized criminal activity and aggravated assault.
