The desperate accusers that were trying to set on President Trump for alleged sex assaults in the far past of 1983 are dropping off their claims and lawsuits. I can’t imagine why…

My personal favorite was that crazy old lady who claimed Trump “sexually assaulted” her in the dressing room of Bergdorf Goodman’s department store and she said she kept the dress that she wore that day, 87 years ago, and wanted it DNA tested.
The former “Apprentice” contestant is the next best thing, and just like all the others, she’s also ended her goofy and phony lawsuit. Rather abruptly, too.
Here’s more from the Washington Examiner.
“Summer Zervos, a former contestant on The Apprentice, abruptly ended her nearly five-year-old defamation lawsuit against former President Donald Trump on Friday.
“Ms. Zervos no longer wishes to litigate against the defendant and has secured the right to speak freely about her experience,” Zervos’s lawyers Beth Wilkinson and Moira Penza said in a joint statement, according to Reuters. “Ms. Zervos stands by the allegations in her complaint.”
Zervos sued Trump in New York state court after he claimed she made up the sexual assault allegations she discussed publicly in 2016, including that the president kissed and groped her in 2007. She said Trump’s statements caused damage to her and her business.
Trump denied Zervos’s accusations of sexual misconduct and said they were “false smears for personal fame.”
“The lawsuit brought by a woman who made up false accusations against President Trump for publicity or money has just been dropped in its totality,” read a statement from Trump’s Save America PAC on Friday. “The Fake News Media totally and completely distorted the facts—they are corrupt. President Trump has been totally vindicated. No money of any kind, or legal fees, were paid by President Trump, who stated, ‘It is so sad when things like this can happen, but so incredibly important to fight for the truth and justice. Only victory can restore one’s reputation!’”
The case remained unresolved for so long in part because Trump argued a president could not be sued while in office. With the lawsuit dismissed, Trump no longer needs to be questioned under oath.
In another legal win for Trump on Friday, his former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, saw his lawsuit against the Trump Organization dismissed.
