Trump said, “The time has come to break up big tech monopolies and restore equal competition.” “We need to open up our platforms and repeal Section 230 liability insurance as Republicans and conservatives. And if the federal government refuses to act, big tech companies like Twitter, Google, and Facebook should be punished with massive penalties whenever they suppress conservative voices in any state in the Union where we have the votes, which is a lot of them.”

Trump said, “And Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, as well as Governors in Texas and other states, are doing this.” “If they keep doing what they’re doing, Florida will pass the law, and Texas and others will have enormous leverage to do what’s right and fair.”
