The Biden Administration Vaccine Mandate BLOCKED Nationwide!

On December 7, the federal court banned Biden’s C-19 vaccine mandates for federal contractors.
GA and other plaintiffs suing the administration because of the mandate “will likely succeed in their claim that the president exceeded the authorization given to him by Congress,” U.S. District Judge R. Stan Baker announced.

Baker stopped Biden and his administration from mandating the vaccine in any state and expanding the November 30 order that applied to only three states.

The mandate is supposed to take effect on January 4, 2022, unless the courts block it.

“Yet another one of President Biden’s vaccine mandates has been temporarily shut down because the states—including Idaho—took a stand against his unprecedented government overreach into Americans’ lives and businesses.” Idaho Gov. Brad Little, a Republican, said in a December 7 statement.

Idaho and six other states and the University of GA’s Board of Regents sued the admin because of the mandate from October.

“The mandate, as the federal government has conceived, and thus far implemented, applies not only to contractor employees working on federal contracts, but also any employee that may have contact with someone working on a federal contract (even if that contact is nothing more than walking past them outside, in a parking lot). There are no exceptions for employees that work alone, outside, or even exclusively remotely.” The parties wrote in the suit.

Companies without enough vaccinated workers have to decide whether to fire the worker or to lose government contracts.

The WH didn’t comment on this issue.

Courts had already banned the mandates for private-sector workers and the health care workers in the country.
The orders led to the Biden admin suspending enforcement of the Department of labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration mandate, covering 84 million workers, and the Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services mandate, covering more than 17 million employees.

“Nothing has changed” in messaging to companies, White House press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters in Washington last month.
