The Keystone Pipeline is now being fought by 23 states…

and their odds appear to be favorable.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen revealed two more attorneys general, Alaska’s Treg Taylor and Florida’s Ashley Moody, had joined the case declaring President Joe Biden’s unilateral order cancelling the pipeline’s permission unlawful, according to the Western Journal.

In addition, the government of Saskatchewan, Canada, stated it would file an amicus brief in support of the action, arguing that the president changed energy policy set by Congress, which has sole jurisdiction to regulate international and interstate commerce, in an illegal manner.

According to a news release from Knudsen’s office, “Several exhaustive studies undertaken by the Obama State Department… concluded that the Keystone XL pipeline would boost the US economy, create American jobs, and safely transport oil throughout the country without increasing greenhouse gas emissions.” “Despite not having the authority to do so, Biden used executive order to terminate the permit.

Montana Attorney General Knudsen and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the complaint.

This is exactly what we need to do — we can’t just give up; we have to go full throttle and challenge everything Biden does as a communist.
