Kelli Ward said that the Dems visited the court on Friday, and it was their latest attempt to stop the audit. It is a terrible move.

The Dems said that the Republicans were recruiting hate groups to do the audit. But, the court rejected their argument.

Ward said that the Arizona Supreme Court weighed in on the latest challenge by Dems. Also, it declared that the audit would continue.

The Arizona Supreme Court, next week, will have to rule on a case brought by the Arizona Senate.
The motion brought by the Arizona Senate is that the courts cannot infringe upon the Senate’s power to manage the audit as they think and that any civil action by the Dems to prevent the audit from happening through continued court action crosses the line of separation of powers afforded by the U.S. Constitution.
