Sickening: Loudoun County Schools Hid A Rape Of A Girl At 14, And Prosecuted Her Father To Protect Male Transgender Boy Who Used Ladies Bathrooms!
The Daily Wire shared a report about the investigative piece that exposed one attempt by Loudoun County Schools to cover up a brutal sexual attack of a 9th-grade student in a shameless effort to preserve the Left’s radical agenda in schools.
The transgender offender wore a dress when he raped the girl in the ladies’ bathroom. The event took place at Stone Bridge High School. The school district’s policy permits males to use the girl’s bathroom.

The officials covered the incident to ‘prevent controversy over their transgender policy,’ and they arrested the girl’s father after attempting to sound the alarm at a school board meeting.
On June 22, Scott Smith, with other outraged parents, spoke out on behalf of his daughter at a Loudoun County School Board meeting. Later, the meeting was regarded as an “unlawful assembly” by the board members.
Smith tried to tell the board that his 14-year-old daughter was raped by a transgender boy wearing a skirt in the girl’s bathroom. However, another person there, a local leftist activist, stopped his speech and said that she didn’t believe her daughter, so he shouted back at her.
It was the point when the man got arrested. The incident was viral, but his daughter’s story was buried. After Smith’s arrest, the county charged Smith and prosecuted him.
After the hearing part, the county’s superintendent, Scott Ziegler, stated that the outrage over new transgender policies was unreasonable due to the school district had “no record of a sexual assault ever taking place in a school bathroom.”
The Daily Wire called that a ‘false statement by the superintendent.’ It’s the new transgender policy approved by the board and passed. After the meeting, they concluded: “A school policy passed following what appear to be false statements from the superintendent – a policy whose passage would have been politically impossible had Smith’s story seen the light of day.”
The brutal assault could be hidden for so long because the school concealed the incident for months. They invested a lot of effort to avoid getting law enforcement involved in the investigation. They told Smith that they would manage to solve everything “in-house.” Another lie was told about the assault to the parents at the school by describing it as “something out of the ordinary.”
The school didn’t expel the attacker but transfer him to a different school.
Once at the new school, he was allowed to continue using the girl’s bathroom, and he sexually assaulted another girl just a short while later.
Luke Rosiak from the Daily Wire stated: “Two girls, allegedly sexually assaulted in school, four months apart, by the same person. And so far, the only person convicted of a crime is the victim’s father.”
What they did is precisely the opposite.
The actions by these ‘educators’ are embarrassing. The Loudoun County School District has obliterated any credibility they were hanging on to and should be investigated for willfully endangering students to promote the radical policy agendas fraudulently.
