Last week, we were notified that a plane was circling the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Sunday morning. Only the image above was sent to us. We investigated further and discovered further knowledge about this aircraft, as well as information about other events in which a plane circled the sky in a similar manner. After the shooting spree by Islamic terrorists Farook and Malik in San Bernadino, one such incident occurred.
In addition, we discovered that PC-12s were used in Afghanistan. The importance of the PC-12 to Intel was addressed in a Stars and Stripes article.
This sort of real-time intelligence was a pipe dream for Afghanistan’s nascent national security forces when the wing was established six years ago. Its 450-strong crew is now in charge of 17 PC-12 single-engine turboprops and 30 Mil Mi-17 transport helicopters, which are armed with machine guns and rockets and have Kevlar armor plating.

There’s no word about which US government agency is using the plane to spy on Americans working to ensure election integrity.
It could be the FBI, the military, or US intelligence agencies, according to one source.
