SCANDAL: Democrat Sends Candace Owens Image Of KKK Hood

A Democrat who sent a photograph of a KKK hood to black conservative commentator Candace Owens was not banned from Twitter for his hateful actions, demonstrating yet again how there are two sets of laws when it comes to social media.

Owens tweeted on Tuesday, pointing out that the people who are most responsible for violence against African-Americans are also black. Liam O’Mara, a failed congressional candidate, replied with an offensive image and the message “Yikes.” It’s possible you’ve forgotten about it.”

Twitter, predictably, saw nothing wrong with what could have resulted in O’Mara being charged with a hate crime. Owens was told by moderators that wearing a white hood (which is clearly an offensive and racist symbol) was not against the rules, causing her to tweet a copy of the response:

Owens’ tweet appeared to encourage those who are pursuing legal action against Twitter for its obvious bias and the Silicon Valley tech giants’ continued hypocrisy when it comes to conservatives.

O’Mara, who was defeated by Republican Ken Calvert in November’s election for the House seat in California’s 42nd Congressional District, soon realized he had messed with the wrong black conservative. Owens alerted the authorities right away.

Owens responded to O’Mara with a series of tweets, saying, “The police will explain to you why you can’t send klansmen hoods to black people.” I just finished a local police report that will be sent to Riverside County.”

“It would be considered a hate crime if you dropped this bullsh*t at my front door,” she added.

The following is information on O’Mara from Ballotpedia: William O’Mara was born in the California town of Bellflower. He graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and from the University of California, Irvine with master’s and doctoral degrees in 2008 and 2017, respectively. His work history includes stints as a historian, chef, IT support specialist, and longshore worker.

While Twitter may have ignored O’Mara’s racist comments, the Democrat has since deleted his account. A likely attempt to destroy any evidence of his social media history that could aid a police investigation, causing him and his party more embarrassment.
