However, a very “inventive” teacher from The East Side Community School found an intriguing and original way to fight the modern day racism and erase inequalities, by giving parents a various specters of themes to think about when saying anything about this subject in front of their families, and even more, when they, as members of parent’s councils in various schools, decide about giving chances based on a certain type of thinking.
Hesse is an Associate Professor of African American Studies who is an expert in the field of Political Science, and Sociology, with expertise in post – structuralism and black political thought, post-coloniality, modernity and coloniality and race and governmentality. And for such a “respected” and highly branched member of the community, such acts should be shameful, and not embraced.
