In February 2021, she turned herself in to the police and was charged with obstruction, depredation of government property, entering a restricted building with a dangerous weapon, and violent entry.

Currently, she is at her PA home, on house arrest. Many things are suspicious from this case, starting from the arrest, short-lived imprisonment in PA, her release from prison, and the 475-day house arrest. Why is she on a house arrest, and many men who committed lesser crimes are serving pretrial time in solitary confinement?
On J6, Rachel Powell, with an ice ax, opened the windows of the Capitol building. The guy next to her is really weird.
Rachel and the man use a battering ram near the Capitol Windows and slam it into the windows of the Capitol.
Then, Rachel instructed the people on how to navigate around the specific room where she broke the widows.
‘’Hey, guys,’’ Rachel said, “I’ve been in the other room—Listen to me—in the other room on the other side of this door, right here, where these feet are standing, there is a glass that if somebody—and if it’s broken, you can drop down into a room underneath it.”
She continued instructing the people, “There are also two doors in the other room. One in the rear and one on the right.”

The children are only near Ms. Powell when they come to visit.’’
