Their document is a part of the FDA-based on EUA and shows all the Pfizer vaccine’s side effects from December 1, 2020, to February 28, 2021.

In that time, 42,086 adverse reactions and 1,223 deaths were reported. One in every 34 side events was fatal.
“Review of the available data for this cumulative PM experience, confirms a favorable benefit: risk balance for BNT162b2,” concludes the FDA document.
The document shared that there are limitations of post-marketing side effects and the magnitude of underreporting is unknown.

The document allows calculation of the ratio of deaths to side effects, but not the ratio of deaths to doses administered or shipped.
