He was driving his Corvette 156 mph, and he hit a woman, Tine Tintor, and her dog Max. After this severe impact, Tintor’s Toyota RAV4 burst into flames and left her trapped.

In the video, Ruggs and his girlfriend are sitting near the crash with another of Riggs’ friends, none of whom are attempting to save the trapped woman.
Ruggs was involved in an emotional conversation with Kiara Washington, his girlfriend, swearing and yelling.
“Okay, okay, here. I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Washington says as she holds Ruggs’ face in her hands. Ruggs is heard saying, “F***! Stop yelling!”
The burning car can be seen very close to Riggs and Washington.
In the video, we can see that Washington yells. “Help! Please can we get help?” and “Can you please help him?!”

One surveillance video emerged later and captured Rugg’s car flying down the highways right before the crash happened.
In one stupid attempt to take the heat off the client, Ruggs’s lawyers blamed the slow response of the firefighters on Tintor’s death. One eyewitness told the court that the firefighters were very slow.
“Firemen did not attempt to extinguish the fire at Ms. Tinto’s vehicle for approximately 20 minutes, at which time the entire vehicle was engulfed in flames”.
Tintor was in the middle of a highway, trapped in a flaming car because of the negligence, recklessness, and blatant disregard for human life by Ruggs.
The narrative of Aaron Rodgers being unvaccinated against the coronavirus grasped the people’s attention and made the leftist furious than this story.
Everyone speaks about how evil Rogers was, but they don’t speak about the tragic event.
Ruggs has been charged with four felonies and a misdemeanor: two counts of driving under the influence causing death or substantial harm, and two counts of reckless driving, as well as a misdemeanor for the possession of a gun under the influence of alcohol. He is facing up to 50 years in prison if convicted.
