The judge presiding over the case ripped into the prosecution a few times for trying to change the story. But through it, all, the moment that caught America was when Rittenhouse took the stand.
Emotional, heartbreaking, and honest, Rittenhouse has nothing to do except waiting.
Online footage continues to be uploaded, showing how the incident happened. Rittenhouse is innocent.
There were several critical moments in the case, and that was that Rittenhouse was pointing his weapon at one of the victims.

It is very important that the video shows the incident from the witness’s perspective and shows the FBI infrared cam’s angle.
The second camera shows that the object pointer at one of the protesters is the same color as Rittenhouse, suggesting that it may not be a weapon.
To add on top of that, the FBI had this footage in their possession for 14 months before they released it. And as for the HD video of the incident, sadly, the FBI claims they lost the high definition video that would have clearly shown Rittenhosue acting in self-defense.
