He made an offer that Biden CAN refuse!

But watch how hilarious he did that.

Here’s Putin’s statement.

“I’ve just thought of this now,” Putin stated for a Russian reporter. “I want to propose to President Biden to continue our discussion, but on the condition that we do it basically live, as it’s called. Without any delays and directly in an open, direct discussion. It seems to me that would be interesting for the people of Russia and for the people of the United States.”

That came right after this video went viral.

And, after the very quick and shallow explanation from the White House, that Biden “is very busy,” here’s his personal statement:

“He will pay a price. We had a long talk, he and I, I know him relatively well,” Biden said. “And the conversation started off, I said, ‘I know you and you know me. If I establish this occurred, then be prepared.’”

And after he was asked by reporter Stephanopoulos if he really believes that, as he stated before, the Russian President “doesn’t have a soul,” he double-checked his thoughts.

“I did say that to him, yes, and his response was, ‘We understand one another.’ I wasn’t being a wise guy, I was alone with him in his office and that’s how it came about,” he said.

And though Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated that Biden doesn’t regret his statement on Putin, I truly believe that deep down inside he knows exactly what a big mistake he made, to start messing with the Russian “big bear.”
