According to the Raid Team, and various other reports,
“There was at least some sort of a count down before the suicide bomber wreaked havoc at the Kabul airport on August 26, killing 13 United States service members.
It had already been reported that a security alert was issued on August 25 warning US citizens to not travel to or around the Kabul airport.
But now, the text message from a Marine who was on scene for the explosion has shown that there was more accurate information than we were originally told.”
“Furthermore – there was even intel on what the bomber looked like!!! But, the Taliban allowed the bomber to get through the outer perimeter of the airport, but the Marines didn’t let him get through the inner perimeter.”
