She has been an aggressive preacher for the COVID vaccination and truly believed in their cause.

Now we don’t claim to know the official reason for her death, but we can only guess – this kind of pattern has repeated numerous times in recent days.

She has obviously done the unforgiving mistake, costing her own life. Her blind beliefs weighed more on politics than on science.

According to the report published by the Courier-Journal,

“Dr SarahBeth Hartlage, who helped lead Louisville’s fight against COVID-19 in her role as associate medical director of the health department, has died.

Mayor Greg Fischer’s office announced her death Friday morning but did not say how she died.

Dr Sarah Moyer, the city’s chief health strategist, called her death “sudden and unexpected.”

“We are so grateful for the opportunity to have known and worked with her,” Moyer said in a statement. “As a result of her leadership, knowledge and planning, thousands of our Louisville residents received life-saving COVID-19 vaccines.”

Mayor Greg Fischer wrote this in a news release:

“We are stunned and deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing of Dr. SarahBeth Hartlage,” Dr. Sarah Moyer, director of public health and wellness wrote. “Our hearts and prayers are with her family as well as the many employees, partners and volunteers who have worked closely with her over the past two years.”

And this from the Kentucky Nurses Association:

“It’s a loss for the community, it’s a loss for public health, and it’s for those of us who worked closely with her and had no idea that the last time we spoke would be the last time we had a chance to interact with her genius and her caring.”
