Through a video statement, Lindell announces that the site is very secure, having its own servers, and will not be like Amazon and Google! You can find no censorship in Frank!
“And we are going to get our voice of free speech out there,” said MyPillow’s owner. “On Monday morning at 9 a.m., we’re going to have the biggest launch. … I call it a Frank-a-thon.”
“I’m going to be on there live all day long. … It’s like a YouTube Twitter combination; you’ve never seen anything like it,” said Lindell. “You’re not going to have to worry about what you’re saying and worry about being able to speak out freely.”
The only things that aren’t allowed on the platform are threats and violence, as well as using foul language.
“You don’t get to use the four swear words—the C-word, the N-word, the F-word, or God’s name in vain. Free speech is not pornography; free speech isn’t ‘I’m going to kill you,'” he added.
Numerous conservatives received a ban, got suspended, and were censored by the social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook.
One survey included 5,000 people and realized that Americans think the platforms censor people based on their political views.
Also, conservatives trust social media platforms less than liberals do.
90% of the conservatives who participated in the survey didn’t believe that the platform can label a post fairly. Contrary to them, 52% of the liberal users thought the media couldn’t label a post fairly.
Congressional Republicans want to hold the big companies accountable for censoring conservatives by curtailing Section 230. It is one part of the Communication Decency Act of 1996. It provides enormous protection to the big tech companies, so they cannot be sued for their sites’ contents.
Besides the fact that GOP lawmakers introduced many bills in Congress, neither one becomes law.
Republican leaders started adding laws to control the Big Tech solutions over what is labeled false. Also, they want to have more control over the suspension on their sites.
The Texas Senate passed a bill that prohibits social media sites with 100 million users a month to block, ban, demonetize, or discriminate any of the users due to their political views. Other states did the same!
Lindell’s platform will eliminate this kind of censorship, so free speech is obeyed there. As Mike previously said, Frank won’t be like YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
“They’re going to have a safe place. You won’t have to walk on eggshells anymore,” Lindell said.
According to the analysis, Frank, only in the first week will have more than tens of millions of users.
“I put in all my money. I’m not out to make money. Right now, I’m out to get the word out for free speech. I want people to go out there, all these influencers, and talk about election fraud claims,” Lindell stated.
At the bottom of the site, there will be ads to fund it.
