Leaked Emails From Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer Revealed Voter Fraud Concerns Even Before The 2020 Election!

The latest leaked emails from November 2019 show that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer warned about voter fraud and unscrupulous election officials before the 2020 election.
In 2018, Stephen Richer was tasked by the AZ GOP with auditing the 2018 midterm election after concerns of fraud and election law violations. The findings were inconclusive due to Recorded Adrian Fontes’ failure to produce documents.

Recorder Stephen Richer ran for Office in 2020 on the same points, and he stated that former Maricopa County Recorded Adrian Fontes was a criminal.
Richer wrote: This confidence has been further damaged because Fontes has not given a full accounting for his actions in the election, and his Office has failed to produce documents in response to the multiple records requests put forward by the Republican and its surrogate (me).
In the emails, Richer stated he was concerned over ballot harvesting, signature verifications, human bias, etc.
Richer suggested we “simply throw it away because human oversight is an imperfect art.” Also, he supported the post-election door-to-door canvassing efforts.
From the last email, we can see that according to Richer, the best way to know if someone lives at the address they voted from would be to go and canvass the residence.
Maricopa County and election fraud deniers have taken a hard stance against these ideas. They have stated that the post-election canvassing was the same as voter intimidation.
