Law Professor Fired For Allegedly Spreading Racism

And when you just hear what professor Sandra stated – you would be astonished, but by the “verdict” and not by the deed…

Where is this country heading?

These “values” can not become the basis of our society, because, they are totally contradictory to the freedom of speech, granted by the law!

Because of the COVID 19 situation, classes are normally going through the internet platform Zoom. And the video recording you’re about to be presented with is a normal conversation between two fellow colleagues, Sandra Sellers and the other Professor, named David Batson.

And it seems that the Lefties have eyes and ears spying on every possible corner of the World Wide Web – “catching” something interesting, twisting it, and turning it into a juicy story that goes in their favor.

In this video recording, which I have watched many times, I just can’t see or hear the part where she’s allegedly acting racistic, since she doesn’t say he deliberately puts low grades on black students, nor that she’s not fond of explaining with the same amount of effort as to the other students.

And to this date, no valid evidence has been presented to serve as proof for such a deed, since, these are some pretty serious allegations. And we’re talking about high circles in society, dealing with legal stuff. And ruining those lives and hard-working people, who achieved so much…over some un-proven racism allegations.

The steaks are way too high, don’t you think?

A report from a local newspaper stated that  “In a letter dated March 10, the school’s dean and executive vice president, Bill Treanor, said Sellers’ observation of grade patterns, and Batson’s failure to condemn her for doing so, was “abhorrent” and “reprehensible” conduct that “has no place in our educational community.”

And the very next day, Seller was immediately fired, stated Dean Treanor!

But, if they are judging without thinking, and even more, without applying any rules because being frightened that racism is such a big thing – let’s check on these facts first!


  • “According to the Georgetown University Faculty Handbook, allegations of racism are supposed to be subject to a procedure that is designed to allow for “a prompt, fair, and impartial investigation and resolution of grievances of discrimination.” Not acting the very next day! 


  • “if an allegation of Faculty Misconduct requires an immediate action that cannot wait for normal processes of review because a faculty member’s conduct currently poses a serious risk to safety or to the effective operations of the University, the Executive Vice President may place the faculty member on administrative leave with pay. Not firing!


  • “The recommended regulations of the American Association of University Professors provides that dismissal of a faculty member before the end of a term must be preceded by an investigation, and must be accompanied by a notice of specific charges and an opportunity to be heard.” Not present in this case! 

So, let me ask this one thing:

Is this treatment actually avoiding a bigger evil, or contributing to it? 

What’s most terrifying – it is done by A LAW UNIVERSITY!
