In the Biden/Harris government, the first big split has emerged over the Syrian air strikes ordered on Thursday night by President Biden.

A Washington Post article includes Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s account of the notification to the Biden administration.
They warned our army four or five minutes in advance. Of course, also from the point of view of deconflict, as they claim in relations between Russian and U.S. military personnel, this has no meaning, Lavrov told a Moscow news conference.
He said that when the strike was “already being delivered,” the U.S. notice was given. In order to prevent clashes between their planes, he referred to contacts between the US and Russian military to “deconflict” Syrian airspace.
OANN’s Jack Posobiec noted that Kamala Harris was “very disappointed” that he was not aware of the air strikes.

The Biden power play reflects a deviation from earlier reports that Harris, particularly when it comes to foreign policy, was ‘taking the wheel’ of the administration.
The National Pulse noted that Biden was absent from a phone call over President’s Day weekend with French President Emanuel Macron. Who was there? Harris Kamala. This was from a press examination by the White House:

It looks like Biden is pivoting to play drone strike commander from playing Mario Kart.
But we have to be careful to believe, in all seriousness, that Harris is telling the truth. There is some manipulation at the level of Game of Thrones coming from the White House and this could all be a trick to persuade people that Biden really is and is in charge of the “Commander-in-Chief.”

And now, are we expected to assume that Joe Biden is overseeing complicated military air strikes in the Middle East den of vipers? At this point, that is a very tough sell.
It will be fascinating to see how the good cop/bad cop routine continues to evolve in Harris vs. Biden.
