He was the only president who didn’t answer any questions upon his arrival. His handlers have kept him away from the reporters, saying ‘’no, no,no, no.’’
However, later he had a solo press conference after the meeting with NATO members where they discussed the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
“I’ll be now happy to take your questions. Since there are so many people out there…I’m gonna – I’ve been given a list. Now, how about Chris with the Associated Press,” Biden said, gripping onto his list.
