Small businesses that don’t comply with Biden’s mandates will face tremendous fines. The order will go into effect on January 4, 2022.
Last week, an appeals court temporarily halted Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees.
The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruling came once the Republican state attorneys filed lawsuits against the Biden admin.
The court stated that they found grave statutory and constitutional problems with the mandate.
The Biden regime had to respond to the request for a permanent injunction against the order by Monday evening.
This Friday, the US Appeals Court for the Fifth Circuit upheld its decision to ban the Biden vaccination mandate for businesses with 100 employees.
The court stated, “exposes [petitioners] to severe financial risk” and “threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects).”
Texas AG Ken Paxton celebrated the victory on Friday.
Citing Texas’s “compelling argument[s],” the 5th Circuit has stayed OSHA’s unconstitutional and illegal private-business vaccine mandate.
