James Woods Leaves the Political Fight When We Need Him Most

In a world gone completely insane, James Woods has been a beacon of optimism, strength, and common-sense advice, but he has dropped out of politics after the disastrous 2020 election.

First and foremost, I want to state unequivocally that I adore and admire James Woods.

This isn’t intended to be a “hit piece” against him; rather, it’s an appeal for him to return to the war because we need him now more than ever.

James Woods has been a beacon of hope, courage, and common-sense guidance in a world gone completely insane, but he has stepped away from politics after the disastrous 2020 election.

I can’t say I blame him; things have been looking and sounding gloomy lately – so it’s times like these that we need James’ voice the most – but when I go to his page to get some insight into what’s going on in this insane world, I’m left puzzled.

James’ once-political Facebook page has evolved into something entirely different.

Now, this isn’t to say that I don’t appreciate what James is saying – I do – I adore this man. I admire his sense of humour, courage, humanity, and razor-sharp wit. And that isn’t missing in any way. He’s still the guy in every way.

Take a look:

I love those videos (I have a Pug, and when you try to cut their nails, they sure do behave like that!)

But, for the time being, James has shied away from politics.

Who can really complain when his Twitter page is full of adorable animal and kid videos, as well as wonderful stories about his incredible acting career? He’s a legend with a lovely spirit.

Yet his political leadership is something I lack.

I miss his reassuring voice and ferocious warrior spirit.

I miss his troll-friendly “yo mama” jokes and his popular #InstaBlock.

I miss James Woods being on the front lines of this battle for our country’s soul…

He left an impression and made a difference.

But I understand — I understand how it can get to be too much at times, and how negativity can transform light into darkness… We all walk a fine line as we struggle to find equilibrium in the midst of chaos.

But, selfishly, I want “warrior James” back, even if just part-time. He’s just one of those people who is so powerful and such a leader that you notice when he leaves the front lines.

If you happen to see this, James, please know that you are respected, appreciated, and needed, and that if you are able, we would love to have you back leading the charge against these godless commies. We are missing you.

But, whatever you decide, I will remain one of your most ardent and devoted supporters.
