Israeli Hospital Director Stated: 80% Of Severe C-19 Cases Were Triple Vaccinated! [WATCH]
The director of Ichilov Hospital shared that from 70% to 80% of severe C-19 cases reported in the hospital were triple vaccinated individuals.
Prof. Yaakov Jerris, the Director of Ichilov Hospital’s coronavirus ward, stated that most of the C-19 severe cases reported got three doses of the shots. He claimed that the vaccine has ‘’no significance regarding serious illness.’’

“Right now, most of our severe cases are vaccinated,” Jerris told Channel 13 News. “They had at least three injections. Between seventy and eighty percent of the serious cases are vaccinated. So, the vaccine has no significance regarding severe illness, which is why just twenty to twenty-five percent of our patients are unvaccinated,” he added.

Jerris also revealed some of the confusion in reporting cases. Speaking at a cabinet meeting on Sunday, he told ministers, “Defining a serious patient is problematic. For example, a patient with a chronic lung disease always had a low level of oxygen, but now he has a positive coronavirus test result which technically makes him a ‘serious coronavirus patient,’ but that’s not accurate. The patient is only in a difficult condition because he has a serious underlying illness.
The number of seriously ill C-19 patients is still rising on Sunday and hit an all-time high of 1.263. It is the highest number since the start of the pandemic.
Israel is one of the countries with the highest vaccination rate. Reuters reported that Israel had administered at least 17,879,314 doses of C-19 vaccines so far. Every person needs two doses, and from the data, we can see that 98.7% of the population is vaccinated.
Israel has the highest COVID number of C-19 deaths per one million people in the world, regardless of the vaccination rate.
