The ballots appear to be from the ongoing recall election in California. The recall election is an attempt to oust Governor Gavin Newsom and install Republican Larry Elder in his place.
Voting has begun. If you’ve received your ballot in the mail, vote YES on question 1 to recall Gavin Newsom, who has made California unlivable for millions of people.

The suspect was apprehended and is facing a number of accusations, including guns, narcotics, and forgery. This is just another case of a dishonest Democrat attempting to rig an election by using mail-in ballots.
