But, he didn’t “call her out” in public, he did it as a gentleman – in a private message.
Trump’s former advisor Jason Miller claimed that President Trump acted this way, because, as he says, he didn’t want to be “canceled like Piers Morgan.”
“You realize if you say anything negative about Meghan Markle you get canceled, look at Piers Morgan,” Trump said, adding that he is “on team Piers.”
“She’s no good… I said it and now everybody is seeing it,” Miller claimed that Trump told him.
Morgan said he was literally forced to quit his job on “Good Morning Britain” just because he refused to apologize for being criticizing Meghan after the Oprah interview. (he’s a journalist and a free citizen – he can say and think whatever he likes if you ask me.)
“Piers Morgan is the best, he’s the greatest, and they went and tried to cancel him simply because he criticized Meghan Markle,” Trump supposedly told to hid adviser Miller.
And, recalling a last year’s public statement, President Trump already had a formed opinion about her, saying that he is “not a fan”.
“And I would say this — and she probably has heard that — but I wish a lot of luck to Harry because he’s gonna need it,” Trump ironically said.
