He was fully vaccinated without previous health issues.
“It is with the deepest of hearts we confirm that Marc Elliot Pilcher, Academy Award Nominee and Emmy Award winning hair and makeup designer/stylist, passed away after a battle with Covid-19 on Sunday 3rd October 2021,” the family stated.
They added that Pilcher tested negative for C-19 to attend the Emmy Award ceremony, where only fully vaccinated people could attend.
Pilcher tested negative on multiple C-19 tests to fly from the UK to LA and get his Emmy statuette.
After his return to the UK, he fell ill and died from Covid.
Last month at the Emmys, only the hired help was supposed to wear a mask.
According to LA health officials, the celebrities respected the county’s mask mandate because there were some particular exceptions for Hollywood degenerates.
The LA County Department of Public Health stated that the event wasn’t violating the mask mandate due to “exceptions are made for film, television, and music productions” since “additional safety modifications” are made for such events.
