Elon Musk Is The Biggest Shareholder In Twitter With 73 Million Shares!

Tesla CEO and SpaceX funder, Elon Musk, has become Twitter’s biggest shareholder, and he bought $2.89 billion worth of stake.
The SEC filing stated that Musk holds a 9.2% passive stake in the social media giant.

He has more than 73 million shares of common stock out of 800,641.166 Twitter shares. He has more than 10% of Twitter.
Jack Dorsey, the Twitter co-founder, has a 2.25% stake, and Twitter surged 26% in premarket trading after the news emerged that Musk bought shares.
More than 70% out of more than 2 million voters stated that Twitter doesn’t adhere to free speech.
