Donald Trump slams Fox News and Other Media Outlets in Response to an Update on the Arizona Senate Audit

The conclusions of the Arizona Senate’s update on the preliminary independent audit findings from Thursday drew Donald Trump’s ire.

In a statement released Friday, Trump said, “Fox News and other media sources mistakenly side with the outdated and horrible Maricopa County Election Board to report no fraud found in the Presidential Election.”

“They repeat the county’s and the Associated Press’s gross misinformation, ignoring the very important Arizona Senate hearing yesterday, which revealed 168,000 fraudulent ballots printed on illegal paper (unofficial ballots), 74,000 mail-in ballots received but never mailed (magically appearing ballots), and 11,000 voters were added to the rolls.

He went on to say, “They voted with the County, not the heroic Arizona Senate, who is fighting for the people of Arizona.” “The same anchor who was at the desk when Fox called Arizona for Joe Biden now wants you to believe there was no deception. Bret Baier was the anchor.”

“Arizona is fortunate in having strong State Senators who are willing to fight for the truth. ‘I’ve had enough,’ Senator Wendy Rogers says. He went on to say, “It’s time to decertify this election.” “I want to see indictments,” Senator Kelly Townsend said of the fraud. Senator Sonny Borrelli stated, “‘I’ve seen enough evidence to call into question the authenticity of the Maricopa County Election results’.”

“Arizona demonstrates far more voter fraud and irregularities than would be required to overturn the election outcome,” Trump stated.

On Thursday, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann convened a press conference with the leaders of the ongoing election audit that she had allowed. According to the auditors’ update, 74,000 absentee ballots were missing documentation, thousands of ballots were copied without legal paperwork, and over 11,000 voters were not on the November election voter rolls but appeared on the December voter rolls subsequently. The claims were then addressed by Maricopa County.

As a reminder, Donald Trump was defeated by Joe Biden in Arizona by only 10,457 votes, or 0.3 percent of the vote.
