The latest documents show that prosecutors at the DOJ confessed before the court that it was objectively unreasonable to share that Trump could have authorized citizens to interfere with Electoral College proceedings.

Now Julie Kellly has uncovered text from Biden/Obama’s DOJ that blows up the ‘Trump incited a riot’ narrative.
In the document from the DOJ, they claim:

We aren’t attorneys here; we are reporters. But, everyone could see that it is a bit muddy here.
It sounds like the defendant tries to use entrapment to a certain level. The USA attorneys want that testimony to be excluded.
Giesen can’t state that he assaulted law enforcement with pepper spray and a baseball bat because Trump allowed him.

They will move on to draw this out one charge at a time until the end of time if they have to.
The revelation could be shared on the internet, but it wouldn’t matter.
The MSM controls the people with emotions. People in the country, the ones who don’t follow the news and rely on 30 seconds snippets on social media to create a major opinion on life, and are easily herded by the corporate media complex.
Concealing the facts about January 6 and turning up the volume on the 24/7 anti-Trump campaign that airs anyway produce a social environment where people justify abuse of power and political persecution. There are many non-violent American citizens whose individual rights are trampled on like a cheap carpet by the absolute worst elements of the Swamp.
The defendant in these documents is an idiot, and the behavior should be condemned a thousand lifetimes.
