Researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) were attempting to secure grant money for genetically modified (GMO) bat coronaviruses capable of infecting people 18 months before the first cases of the Chinese Virus were recorded, according to newly disclosed data.
These funding applications made it clear that “skin-penetrating nanoparticles” containing “novel chimeric spike proteins” would be employed to turn otherwise bat-only coronaviruses into highly infectious coronaviruses that people may “catch.”

Other chimeric viruses were also on the table, with EcoHealth Alliance’s Peter Daszak spearheading the requests. The conspiracy also involved Tony Fauci of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), who directed American taxpayer monies to Wuhan for unlawful function research.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) was asked for $14 million at one point to fund this risky research. DARPA apparently turned down the request because it was too risky, but that didn’t stop those who made it from finding funds elsewhere.
The goal was to give bat coronaviruses “human-specific cleavage sites,” allowing them to be transmitted to humans. This could be what’s in the so-called “vaccines,” as people who get the shots are suddenly falling sick and dying in record numbers.
This is a far more realistic scenario than the one proposed in early 2020, which claimed that bat coronaviruses magically infected humans via bat soup sold at Chinese wet markets, as the “researchers” performing these studies claimed.
The matter has been investigated by a web-based investigation team known as “Drastic” in order to discover the most likely source of the Wuhan Flu.
“Given that we find a mention of the planned introduction of human-specific cleavage sites in this proposal, an evaluation of the plausibility of artificial insertion by the wider scientific community is warranted,” the group stated in a statement.
The grant proposal also includes ideas for modifying high-risk natural coronavirus strains to have more infectious but less harmful characteristics. This could explain how they were able to produce hordes of “asymptomatic cases” to justify lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccine recommendations later on.
Daszak, Fauci, and Zhengli are wreaking havoc on the “Bat woman” world. Researchers from the University of North Carolina (UNC) and the United States Geological Survey (USGS) National Wildlife Health Center were also involved in the project, as was Dr. Shi Zhengli, a WIV researcher.
This ragtag group of mad scientists were frantically trying to develop new bioweapons from bat coronaviruses for some unknown reason. The purpose was most likely to cause mayhem by creating a fake “pandemic,” which would then justify injecting people with more bioweapons via “vaccination.”
DARPA said in its rejection of the funding request, “It is evident that the planned project lead by Peter Daszak could have put local people at risk.”
Gain of function research, according to Angus Dalgleish, a professor of oncology at St. George’s University of London, has likely been going on for many years, long before the pandemic. Even without grant support, Daszak, Fauci, Zhengli, and the others appear to have carried out the research they wanted, and the world is now suffering as a result.
“Engineering the cleavage site and polishing the new viruses to boost human cell infectibility in more than one cell line is obviously a gain of function,” Dalg says.
The Fauci Flu, it turns out, was merely the beginning. This group of crazy scientists also genetically modified the MERS virus to have a fatality rate of around 30%, making it “at least an order of magnitude more dangerous than SARS-CoV-2,” according to a World Health Organization (WHO) insider who requested anonymity.
It’s unknown whether the GMO MERS virus has been released or is still being studied in a laboratory. But we know it exists, even if the cause for it remains a mystery.
