The US federal appeals court issues a stay Saturday freezing the Biden Regime efforts to require workers at US firms with more than 100 employees a vaccination proof against C-19 or to be tested weekly because there were grave statutory and constitutional issues with the rule were found.

The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruling appeared after many Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new order. It is set to be in effect on January 6.
The WH didn’t want to comment on the ruling and referred questions to the Labor Department.
