U.S. Government sent mRNA COVid-19 Vaccine Candidates to Uni Researchers a couple of weeks before the virus emergence.
One confidentially deal shares the potential covid vaccine candidates were moved from Moderna to the Uni of North Carolina in 2019, 19 days before the virus has emerged from the Wuhan lab.

The agreement can be seen in addition. It shares that the Moderna, together with NIAID, made a deal to move the mRNA covid-19 vaccine candidates developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna to recipients ‘’The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’’ on December 12, 2019.
The agreement was concluded on December 12, 2019, by Ralph Baric, Ph.D. At the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and by Jacqueline Quay, Director of Licensing and Innovation Support at the same university, on December 16, 2019.
Two other NIAID representatives signed the deal, Amy F. Petrik, Ph.D., a technology transfer specialist, on December 12, 2019. The other signature came from Barney Graham, MD, Ph.D., but it wasn’t dated.
Sunny Himansu was the last one who signed. He’s Moderna’s Investigator and Shaun Ryan, Moderna’s Deputy General Counsel. They signed the contract on December 17, 2019.
Every signature was before the emergence of the coronavirus in public. On December 31, 2019, the WHO shared the concern about the cluster of pneumonia cases in Wuhan, China.
On January 9, 2020, the WHO shared that it is a pandemic, and the virus was known under the name SARS-CoV02.
The Moderna has had an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use only in U.K. and U.S.A. to allegedly combat coronavirus.
What did they know that we didn’t?
