BREAKING NEWS: Masks Off Toddlers In NYC! Judge Ordered Mandate Is Arbitrary, Capricious, And Unreasonable!!

This Friday, the New York State Supreme Court Judge issued an injunction on New York City’s toddler mask mandate.
Mayor Eric Adams said that toddlers should remove their masks on April 4 if C-19 cases are still low.

But, the mayor’s abusive and illogical mandate was axed in court.
Hon. Ralph J. Porzio of the NYSC 13th Judicial District wrote the toddler mask mandate and was found ‘’ by this court to be arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable.”

We won! Judge Porzio just ruled in the favor of parental choice and democracy. He found the Toddler Mask Mandate to be arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable. Effective immediately, the policy is void and unenforceable.
