Breaking News: John Durham is Back… The Second Round Has Just Been Released

Well, it appears that John Durham isn’t finished yet…

Round two has begun, and Durham has now issued a new round of subpoenas – and the ties to Hillary’s campaign cannot be overlooked once more.

Durham began looking into whether Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann lied to the FBI about who — if anyone — he was representing when he notified the Bureau about “communications between the Trump Organization and the Kremlin-connected Russian bank Alfa Bank” last week.

Sussmann, who was previously a federal prosecutor, is accused of lying to top FBI lawyer James Baker in a meeting on September 19, 2016.

Sussmann presented facts and analysis from cybersecurity researchers who suspected the Trump Organization was communicating with Alfa Bank via a secret server during that meeting.+

That, evidently, was all nonsense, and the hidden server hypothesis was utterly debunked, with no mention of it in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s final report.

Now we’re dealing with yet another group of lawyers associated with Hillary’s campaign.

According to Yahoo News, Special Counsel John Durham, the attorney appointed by Trump to oversee the Russia investigation, has issued a new series of subpoenas, including to a law firm with ties to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign.

According to CNN, the grand jury subpoenas for documents were issued earlier this month after Durham charged Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann with allegedly making false statements to the grand jury.

It’s starting to look like Hillary Clinton – or someone close to her – recruited a team of high-powered lawyers to establish and continue the Russia hoax… It also appears that old-fashioned “human error” tripped up a couple of them, and Durham appears to be focusing on that right now.

You’ve heard it said that a person committing a crime overlooks an average of “30 faults” committed during the course of the act.

Those aren’t favorable odds.

But the main question is this: this is all getting very near to Hillary, but will we see anyone else go down for this than a bunch of high-powered lawyers in the end?
