Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca provided capital for the companies behind the creation of Biolabs in Ukraine.
We have heard from the US State Department that there were US-funded Biolabs in Ukraine. Later, on Wednesday, Jen Psaki stated that there weren’t US-funded Biolabs in Ukraine.

Why is all this confusion? some documents prove that the US funded some Biolabs in Ukraine to study dangerous pathogens.
It’s maybe because Hunter’s company Rosemont Seneca funded the firms involved in building these labs in Ukraine, and they thought it wasn’t something they wanted the Americans to know about.
Infowars shared a great article linking the connections between Hunter and Metabiota, involved in the Biolabs creation in Ukraine.

Today, Metabiota, the pioneer in epidemic risk modeling, announced it has been awarded a subcontract from Black & Veatch (B&V) to support the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) in Iraq under the Biological Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (BTRIC). Metabiota has also partnered with B&V on DTRA’s recently awarded Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (CTRIC) III with an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract ceiling of $970M.
