The US District Judge of United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida completely destroyed the coronavirus vaccine mandates. The judge’s based ruling has a real science that presents why the mandates endanger public health.
Ascension Sacred Heart mandated the vaccines for businesses with more than 100 employees, and the deadline was November 12.

The Hospital workers resist the mandate, and they have protested a couple of times since then.

Ascension Sacred Heart’s vaccine mandate went into effect on Friday.
Unvaccinated employees were told Thursday was their last day to get the COVID vaccine or they would be let go.
Ascension Sacred Heart will allow those employees to be reinstated if they get vaccinated by Jan. 4, which is the federal deadline for hospital employees to get the shot.
Some unvaccinated employees have told Channel 3 they are willing to lose their jobs rather than get vaccinated.
The federal coronavirus mandate remains under judicial review, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals confined their stay on the unconstitutional measure.
Ascension Sacred Hearth employees filed a lawsuit against the hospital for creating medical discrimination.
T. Kent Wetherell II was the federal district court judge that reviewed the case.
T. Kent Wetherell II is a judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. On May 7, 2018, President Donald Trump (R) nominated Wetherell to a seat on this court. The United States Senate confirmed Wetherell on July 10, 2019, by a vote of 78-15. He received commission on July 12, 2019.
The federal judge in our hospital injection mandate case made some very interesting findings about the shots.

What T. Kent Wetherell II said has wholly destroyed the C-19 narrative and laid a framework for workers unjustly fired by employers.
In the ruling, Judge Wetherell II cited:
-COVID’s low mortality rate and mild severity for most individuals
-The risk-benefit ratio of the jabs weighing more toward risk
-Protection provided by natural immunity
-Alternative treatments like Ivermectin & monoclonal antibodies
The points that Judge Wetherell II mentioned and emphasized show what the mandates are:
A policy failure
Mandates won’t keep people safe and won’t save lives.
