6th Circuit Court of Appeals is responsible for Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate, and the responsibility was assigned to them by a pong-pong lottery.

In one 2-1 vote, the three-judge panel allowed Biden’s OSHA mandate on private employers with more than 100 people to take effect.
Most of the judges voted yes, Judges Julia Gibbons (G.W. Bush), Jane Stranch (Barack Obama), Joan Larsen (Donald Trump).
