BREAKING NEWS: Biden AG Threatened Prison For The Organizers Of ‘’Election Forensic Audits!’’

Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland threatened people who support election integrity, and he said that people who organize election forensic audits would end up in jail.
I guess it means the Biden regime targeted AZ, along with other ten states who expressed a will to have a forensic audit. The rest of the states are Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, etc.

The fine is One year prison for those who want to have and organize an audit in their state and a $1,000 fine.
AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich won’t accept this and will fight back.
Hear his statement:
If you want to read the U.S. DOJ’s guidance, CNN shared the pdf on its website.
Also, CNN confirmed the penalties for the organizers of a forensic audit.
There are federal criminal penalties attached to willful failures to comply with the retention and preservation requirements of the Civil Rights Act. First, Section 301 itself makes it a federal crime for “[a]ny officer of election” or “custodian” of election records to willfully fail to comply with the retention and preservation requirements. 52 U.S.C. § 20701. Second, Section 302 provides that any “person, whether or not an officer of election or custodian, who willfully steals, destroys, conceals, mutilates, or alters any record or paper” covered by Section 301’s retention and preservation requirement is subject to federal criminal penalties. Id. § 20702. Violators of either section can face fines of up to $1000 and imprisonment of up to one year for each violation.
We think that Biden and his handlers are scared. If you have nothing to hide, why then punishing the forensic audits organizers?
In the end, if the audits are incorrect, Biden can easily prove them wrong. But, we think that they are hiding something, that’s why they are scared.

The states have power, and I guess that Biden’s federal government is overreaching its authority. If one state wants to analyze the election for election integrity, it can do it.
However, the U.S. Constitution allows the states to conduct their elections. I don’t know why Biden doesn’t allow this.
The National File confirmed this:
In a document the Biden regime Department of Justice is calling “guidance“, the agency repeats the often-mocked declaration that “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history” and chastises supporters of election integrity for demanding “an unusual second round of examinations” in states with reports of widespread voter fraud. The agency then suggests these audits could violate the Civil Rights Act of 1960.
“There are federal or criminal penalties attached,” the Department of Justice asserts. They claim that those who arrange forensic audits of the 2020 election “can face fines of up to $1,000 and imprisonment of up to one year for each violation.” Then, their intimidating document suggests that these audits represent “intimidation”.
“The Attorney General is authorized to file a civil action seeking preventative relief” against those who organize election audits, the “guidance” explains. “Judicial decisions have established that voter intimidation need not involve physical threats,” the “guidance” continues.
Arizona Rep. Mark Finchem, who is now running for Arizona Secretary of State to replace radical left wing Katie Hobbs, recently warned Biden administration Attorney General Merrick Garland against sending enforcers to the state of Arizona. “I got news for Merrick Garland, there’s this little thing called the Constitution,” said Finchem. “Article I, section IV, the times places and manner of holding election for senators and representatives… it is the legislature that has responsibility for nominating and naming the electors for President.”
Finchem added, “I would advise Merrick Garland and his team of thugs that now occupy the Department of Justice: Tread very lightly. Our attorney general, I spoke with their representative this morning, I’m not going to put him on the hook for anything, but you’re going to walk into a very surprising reception if you try to do anything in this state that interferes with legislative authority in handling our elections. Hard stop.”
Will this stop the states from having their elections and fight for their state election integrity?
