“Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Francisco J. Diaz said the cause of death for Babbitt, 35, was a gunshot wound to the left anterior shoulder,”

“Her manner of death was ruled homicide, his office said.”

“Authorities previously said Babbitt was shot by a police officer as she allegedly attempted to climb through a door window inside the Capitol building,”

“The name of the officer has not been disclosed by local or federal authorities.”

Secondly, the murder of Ashli Babbitt is recorded. We can see how she receives a bullet from an unknown Capitol Police Officer on the riot day, January 6.

See the video below, be aware that it is disturbing.

The excellent video was recorded by an Antifa-supporting activist John Sullivan. Also, there were others attempts by major media outlets to dissect what occurred with the shooting of the Trump supporter.

Very often, the shooting incident is explained in very general terms. An agitator, Zachary Jordan Alam, broke a window that led to an unsecured corridor in the Capitol.

The agitator wore a furry hat and got a helmet from a fellow insurgent, a Texas winery owner, Christopher Ray Grider.

Chad Barrett Jones of Kentucky participated in the event. He is accused of breaking windows using a flagpole. We can see how Alam smashed the window with the helmet he got from Grider from the footage.

The New York Times shared something more about the shooter in January. He had not been charged for negligence once he shot an unarmed female.

However, a federal affidavit submitted with his arrest warrant states that the one person who yells “I have a knife,” for sure, is John Sullivan.

Below you can see a picture of the capitol officer with a 40-caliber Glock gun pointed towards Babbitt, and Sullivan yells, “there’s a gun.”

One Japanese analyst revealed the entire incident because he has witnessed numerous similar incidents in his country. Masako Ganaha stated for the Epoch Times, where he gave an “analysis of the Ashli Babbitt shooting.”

But, if you haven’t heard the analysis, listen to it. After that, you will ask yourself the right questions about why Ashli Babbitt died and how it was done.

The unidentified police officer’s identity is hidden because of the threats against his life!

“More than six weeks after Babbitt succumbed to a single gunshot wound to the upper chest, authorities are keeping secret the identity of the officer who fired the fatal round.” – Real Clear Investigations’ Paul Sperry stated.

“They won’t release his name, and the major news media aren’t clamoring for it, in stark contrast to other high-profile police shootings of unarmed civilians.”

“The secrecy has fueled Internet reports misidentifying the shooter as a Capitol Police special agent previously commended by President Trump for bravery,”

“The false rumors have triggered threats against the officer.”

Paul Sperry reported many other details about the unidentified officer.

“The officer who opened fire on Babbitt holds the rank of lieutenant and is a longtime veteran of the force who worked protective detail in the Speaker’s Lobby, a highly restricted area behind the House chamber, sources say. An African-American, he was put on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation led by the Metropolitan Police of the District of Columbia, which shares jurisdiction with the Capitol Police. The Justice Department is also involved in the inquiry.”

When Sperry bases his analysis on the Wall Street Journal reporting, we see that this case will be classified as “justifiable homicide.

However, the case of Ashli Babbitt’s death is still under investigation, shares D.C. Police spokesperson Alaina Gertz for real Clear Investigations.

Also, regarding the statement of the officers’ attorney Mark Schamel, maybe Babbitt was unarmed, but the officer warned her not to step into the secured zone. Witnesses back up this information.

“It’s a false narrative that he issued no verbal commands or warnings,”

“He was screaming, ‘Stay back! Stay back! Don’t come in here!'”

Moreover, the determination to kill Ashli Babbitt is a “split-second” decision. But from the footage, we can see that the man did warn Babbitt and held his gun pointed towards her at least 15 seconds before shooting.

Babbitt shouldn’t have stepped into the forbidden zone. However, this won’t solve our doubts about how the accident developed.

Besides, numerous media, including the New York Times, classified Babbitt as a “QAnon” supporter.

“Ashli wasn’t a thug. She wasn’t a rioter. Ashli was a peaceful person,” – her cousin Justine Babbitt stated. “She did 14 years in the military. She was not there to destroy the Capitol building, she was there to be heard and be part of a movement. Ashli was a die-hard patriot. Not a Democrat, not a Republican. She was for the people. Ashli carried around the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in her pocketbook.”

The mystery about Babbitt’s death still remains unsolved. We hope that the Chief Medical Examiner’s decision that it was “homicide” will return this narrative in the spotlight.
