“Pitt has always sought the opportunity to spend more time with his children and prioritized their well-being, while the other side did all in its power to prevent that,” a source close to the situation stated.

Brad Pitt, the Hollywood actor, has been allowed much more time with his children in his protracted custody fight with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

According to the source, after months of witness testimony, a private judge hired by Pitt and Jolie decided to grant him more custody. According to a second source, Jolie intends to continue her legal battle with Brad Pitt, which has been continuing since their 2016 breakup.

“Pitt has always sought the opportunity to spend more time with his children and prioritized their well-being, while the other side did all possible to prevent that,” a source close to the situation stated. “The choice was made based on a variety of factors,” says the author.

“In response to claims made following a flight inside the United States’ special aircraft jurisdiction that arrived in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has reviewed the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation,” the FBI said. “At this time, no charges have been filed in this matter,” the FBI said in a statement.

According to Fox News, Jolie stated in a court filing this week that Judge John Ouderkirk, whom she previously attempted to dismiss from the divorce case, refused to hear information she claims is essential to the children’s safety before issuing a provisional judgement. She didn’t go into any further detail about what this evidence could mean.

“Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial by unlawfully excluding her evidence pertinent to the children’s health, safety, and welfare, evidence that was vital to advancing her case,” she said in a filing to California’s Second District Court of Appeal.
